Primary Health Care
Over 50,000 children die every day from preventable diseases. In order to address this problem, Children’s Medical Ministries has implemented the King’s Kids Good Life Guide. This guide illustrates basic hygiene practices in a coloring book format with appropriate bible verses accompanying each illustration. The Good Life Guides are part of a Health Kit, which also includes a bar of soap, a washcloth, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, and a comb. Each child receives a Health Kit when they participate in the Children’s Health Education Program (CHEP). Good Life Guides are use in Sunday Schools, Kids Clubs and Outreach Camps. They can be used not only as a fun coloring book but also for teaching language skills, developing primary health care habits, scripture memorization and to plant seeds in the hearts of children that God loves them and He wants them to love Him too!

The King’s Kids Good Life Guides in English and Spanish are shown below. In addition to English and Spanish, the Primary Health Care Guides are available in Arabic, French, Portuguese, Creole, Russian, Ukraine, Romanian, Vietnamese, Kenyan-Swahili, and Tanzania-Swahili. The Guides are available in both Caucasian and Negroid format. Donations to the printing fund are always appreciated for this wonderful outreach tool!
